CEPA helps organisations to minimise risks and maximise the success of the outcome from transactions by providing robust and insightful due diligence advice. We work on both buy and sell side of transactions.
Building on the firm’s extensive experience in the areas of regulatory economics, finance, modelling and strategy, we work in infrastructure, real assets and related sectors across jurisdictions on projects that range in scope from initial market assessment to post-acquisition support. The team has acted for leading infrastructure investors from Australia, North America and Europe. We work closely with other advisors and respond flexibly to meet transaction deadlines.
CEPA has supported clients with the preparation of vendor reports, reports and presentations for consortia of potential acquirers and providers of debt finance and refinancing. The team are frequently engaged to provide volume, revenue or full financial forecasts; quantitative assessments of alternative scenarios and to support bid teams with the due diligence of assumptions.
