Mike also examined over 70 projects including Crossrail 2, the delivery and expansion of London’s cycling network, the introduction of new fleets to London Overground, and improvements in the accessibility and reliability of London Underground, advising TfL’s Board of risks to successful delivery and actions that should be taken.
Mike was previously lead technical adviser to the PPP Arbiter of the London Underground network. Before that, he was a consultant with PwC Consulting, where he specialised in financial modelling – leading the scoping, specification and delivery of financial models
Mike holds a PhD in Aircraft Design, as well as a Bachelor's of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering – both from the University of Bath.
