Erin Fleming

Erin joined CEPA in 2023, having gained more than four years of policy experience in the New York State Legislature, where she developed innovative policy solutions spanning the energy, water and transport sectors. She holds an MPA in Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Public Policy & Management (Hons) from the State University of New York at Albany.

Erin Fleming joined CEPA in 2023 with over four years of policy experience. Prior to joining CEPA, Erin served as Deputy Legislative Director in the New York State Legislature, where she developed innovative policy solutions spanning the energy, water and transportation sectors.
As an experienced government professional, Erin recently completed a two-year master's programme at the London School of Economics specialising in Economic Policy, where she further developed her quantitative analysis skills. Her coursework included econometrics for public policy analysis, advanced quantitative methods and innovations in public services delivery. She is skilled in utilising STATA for econometric analysis.
During her master's, Erin worked on the LSE School of Public Policy Capstone consulting team for CEPA, where she examined the potential size of the market for environmental services in England following the implementation of the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Mandate, and the associated regulatory constraints. Erin holds an MPA in Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Public Policy & Management (Hons) from the State University of New York at Albany. She was the recipient of the 2018 award for Distinguished Undergraduate Achievement in Public Policy.
