Development of a national water strategy for Panama
As part of the Prosperity Fund, the English Embassy in Panama engaged CEPA to evaluate the challenges faced by the water and sanitation sector in Panama.
How we did it
CEPA developed recommendations based on stakeholder engagement. This involved understanding the context of the water sector in Panama and undertaking a range of interviews with different stakeholders.
What we found
As a result of these interviews, CEPA’s team identified the main challenges and developed a report with the recommendations of potential measures that could facilitate the modernisation and improvement of the sector. This report was then presented in a workshop to the main stakeholders of the industry.
