Grace Wood-Lofthouse
Senior Consultant
Grace is a senior consultant at CEPA who works across CEPA's transport, water and infrastructure practice group following over ten years’ experience supporting the utilities and infrastructure sector. Grace brings particular expertise in utilities operations, regulatory planning and sustainability.
Grace Wood-Lofthouse joined CEPA in 2025 as a senior consultant. She was previously the Sustainability Manager for SES Water, where she sat on the senior leadership team reporting across the Chief Financial Office and Operations Directorates.
Promoted to senior leadership within one year of joining SES Water, Grace led key elements of the company's long-term delivery strategy and PR24 business planning submissions including investment optimisation, enhancement case development and outcome modelling; alongside delivering the 2024 Water Resources Management Plan and associated regional plan. She served as the company's primary representative to regulator representatives including Ofwat, the Environment Agency and Defra, as well as broader company stakeholders that were imperative for business plan delivery.
Prior to SES Water, Grace spent seven years with Dalcour Maclaren a specialist land and planning practice that acts exclusively for utilities and infrastructure clients. Grace managed multi-sector surveyor teams across the South East, and specialised in statutory powers, complex land rights and sensitive stakeholder management. She holds a BSc(Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University and was a finalist for the Women in Utilities Network Awards 2024
Grace combines technical expertise in sustainability and asset management with practical experience in stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance.
