Bella Williams

Consultant

Bella joined CEPA’s Melbourne office as a consultant in 2023 following extensive public sector experience.

Bella Williams

Prior to joining CEPA, Bella worked as an economist for the Victorian State Treasury in Australia where she gained experience developing, implementing and evaluating public policies. She has worked across the tax reform, transport, and gender policy spaces from qualitative, quantitative and legal perspectives. Bella has also run numerous consultation processes with stakeholders across academia, community providers, think tanks, private, and public sectors.

Bella holds a BCom(Hons) from Monash University, majoring in economics and finance. Her thesis analysed the long and short-run effect of stringent environmental policy on the emissions outputs of OECD countries.
