Monitoring of Gavi Market Shaping Externalities
CEPA was commissioned by Gavi to monitor, analyse and report on the key potential externalities of Gavi’s market shaping activity. The key objectives were to identify potential indicator trends of positive and negative externalities, to assess potential causal links with market shaping activities, and to generate insights to improve and guide future externalities’ monitoring and assessment. The recommendations provided improvements on the monitoring process, including indicator additions, analysis data source improvements, and the frequency of monitoring periods.
