Consultation on Minded to Positions for ‘fast-tracked’ charging options published by Ofgem
Today, Ofgem published a consultation on its Minded to Positions for ‘fast-tracked’ charging options under the Access and Forward-looking Charges Significant Code Review, together with our Quantitative Analysis and Methodology documents.
In this consultation, Ofgem recognised the far reaching impacts that charging structures can have on incentives, consumers, market participants and the path to net zero.
CEPA, along with our partners, TNEI, carried out quantitative analysis of reform to support Ofgem’s principles-based assessment of the options. To do this, we developed a modelling framework to assess a broad range of impacts.
