CEPA provides report on cost of capital for Heathrow H8 price review
CEPA’s regulatory finance support for the airline community continued through commissioning of a report on the cost of capital. This report considered arguments put forward by the Civil Aviation Authority and its advisers in their H8 Draft Methodology (document reference CAP3044). The H8 price control covers the charges Heathrow can levy during the period 2027-2032. The CEPA report covered items such as inflation, depreciation, financial modelling and affordability, alongside the setting of a suitable allowed return.
