Here is a selection of quotes from current staff on what it's like working at CEPA:
"At CEPA you can be deeply involved in making decisions. For example, in the five years I’ve been here, I’ve been able to contribute directly to the passing of a major piece of UK regulatory legislation, a reorganisation of a WHO cluster, and the structuring of up to $150m investment in African agriculture. On each of these projects we’ve worked closely with the key decision-makers, and our advice has made a tangible impact on strategies and policy positions." - Managing Consultant.
“It’s great to get the chance with such intellectually curious, hard-working and friendly co-workers, who pass on their knowledge through regular internal training sessions and meetings, where my thoughts are welcomed and discussed.” - Economist.
"The induction programme and resources available to me helped me settle in quickly and make telling contributions on projects early on. I continue to learn every day." - Consultant. “The number of staff who joined as Junior Economists and progressed through the company to more senior positions shows the potential for development at CEPA and the positive working environment.” – Senior Consultant.
“Working across practice areas gave me an excellent overview of projects across different sectors and a better idea of which sectors I wanted to specialise in. Having access to sector experts means my development continues in a more senior role.” - Economist.
