Our staff
work across three overlapping practice areas:
Emerging
Markets
CEPA's Emerging Markets practice spans across infrastructure, agribusiness, and healthcare in low-income and emerging market countries. The work is largely based around market studies and the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of different financial mechanisms and public private partnership
arrangements that enable the mobilisation of private capital and participation in the sustainable development and delivery of public services. CEPA now has a branch office in New Delhi strengthening our offering in the region.
Regulatory
Economics and Competition
Work within this practice area principally deals with economic, financial
and regulatory issues that are relevant to successful delivery of
infrastructure services (such as utilities and transport) mostly in
the UK and Europe.
Public
Policy and Finance
CEPA advises the UK public sector on the development and delivery
of public policy objectives and interaction with the private sector
across a variety of sectors. This practice area also covers transaction
advisory and general public-private partnerships / PFI expertise.
