CEPA was commissioned by Feronia, the largest oil palm plantation company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to develop a financial model of its operations and development plans.
This project began with CEPA leading an initial workshop on model design. We then built, developed and refined a model which included the incorporation of a variety of pre-loaded scenarios. This enabled model users to understand the implications of alternative assumptions for key cash flow metrics. The project concluded with a full model audit.
The model was used by Feronia’s potential investors to explore and understand the implications of various operational and investment decisions.
