4th February 2016
CEPA, together with Suzanne Rab, an independent barrister at Serle Court Chambers, have published a response into the Competition and Market Authority (CMA) proposed market study on the supply of legal services in England and Wales. The response combines the two parties' multi-discliplinary perspectives in economics, policy and law.

Many of the issues mirror those in financial services regulation, a sector where CEPA are active in.
