CEPA were pleased to provide an independent submission to the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) on its consultation on its 'Distribution Market Model – Approach paper'. Commenting on the submission, Jonathan Mirrlees-Black, director of CEPA's Australian office said, "we welcome the AEMC’s consultation on an evolving area of network regulation and in our submission we note some broad points that the AEMC may need to consider as it moves forward".
