The “Study of Value of Lost Load (VoLL) in electricity supply”- commissioned from CEPA - has been published by the Agency for the Co-operation of Energy Regulators (ACER). The study takes into account both a production-function approach through publicly available data and web-based surveys for domestic and non-domestic consumers. It presents the methodology for further development of VoLL and estimates of VoLL for each Member State for potential use in, for example, the assessment of new infrastructure’ benefits.
