Our work
in Emerging Markets is focused on the role of the private sector,
either alone or in partnership with the public sector, in the delivery
of public services and economic development. In particular, we have
built up considerable experience of these issues in the agriculture
and infrastructure
sectors. In addition, we have worked on issues related to the financing, delivery, and evaluation of global health programmes in developing country context.
CEPA provides advice on a range of issues, including:
