  • CEPA supported NHS Southwark in developing plans for changes to the provision of planned and unplanned care in the Borough. We assisted the PCT in working through the pertinent issues for developing its polyclinic strategy.
  • CEPA developed a compendium on infrastructure PPPs for the Commonwealth Secretariat. The Compendium aimed to be a comprehensive reference manual for Ministers and senior decision-makers, which covers policy and design issues relating to PPPs.
  • Between January and April 2009, CEPA was commissioned by Aquifer (an investment company owned by the Sainsbury family) to conduct two separate projects in Mozambique.
  • CEPA provided comprehensive financial and capacity modelling support to a number of NHS Trusts and PCTs in South East London, as part of a major health service redesign project to improve local NHS services and restore financial balance.
  • CEPA provided support to the Global Alliance for Livestock Veterinary Medicines (GALVmed) on a range of issues associated with the implementation of its strategic objective of improving poor livestock keepers’ access to animal health technologies.
  • CEPA was retained by British Airways to undertake a study on the allowed WACC for National Air Traffic Services (NATS) en-Route aviation navigation services.
